EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY ZAHRA SOPHIA
Thank you for choosing Zahra Sophia for your hijab purchase. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy below:
- Returns for Unused and Undamaged Items:
- If the hijab received is in perfect condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and untampered within 15 calendar days of the delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support at zahrasophiaistanbul@gmail.com with your order number and details.
- Incorrect Product Sent:
- If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please notify us within 15 days of the delivery date.
- We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you, and you can return the incorrect item at our expense.

- Defective Product:
- While we carefully inspect our products and pack them with the utmost care, in very low probability, defects may occur.
- If the hijab you receive is defective, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the product.
- We will promptly exchange the defective item with a new one at no additional cost to you.
- Provide our customer support with your order number and details, along with clear pictures of the defective product, for quick assistance.
Note:
- Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of wear, washing, or tampering.
- Please ensure that the original packaging is retained for all returns and exchanges.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- If your order was free shipping and your return will make the total amount less than free shipping price, we will return the amount of products and cut the shipping price.

- In cases where the product’s color or fabric does not meet your expectations, or if an incorrect product has been ordered due to customer error, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

It's so simple. Please go to your orders page (you can find it after login). Click to the "Return" button. It will open your email with the order number. Please describe your need and send and we will be glad to help.
